The other is angular, faceted, geometric, a form that catches light like a cut stone. They were placed on stone shaped by years of pressure, water, and salt, on the natural walls of the Côte des Basques at sunset. Every vein of rust and white in that limestone tells a story of slow transformation. Clay undergoes the same, carried by a hand and accelerated by fire. Placing ceramics on those rocks was an act of recognition. They are not foreign to that landscape.
