Learn how to create your own ceramic pieces at Cécile*M Atelier in São Bento, in the heart of Lisbon!
In this workshop, you will be shown three different hand-building techniques; pinching, coiling and slab building. These techniques are the fundamentals of hand-built pottery and can be used alone or combined to make all kinds of shapes, forms and objects.
During this class you are welcome to play and experiment, making any object/s you like. Classes are limited to 12 people, you will have time for questions and support with the teacher. After this, your pottery will be fired and ready to collect in about 4 weeks. We will notify you via email when the pieces are ready for collection.
We provide aprons, so you just need to bring your good mood and lots of patience :)

DURATION: 2 hours
LEVEL: Beginner and advanced students welcome!
WHAT'S INCLUDED: Apron, clay, tools, engobe are included. Firing & glazing will be done by the studio for you!
TIMEFRAME: We try our best to have your pieces ready for collection within 3 weeks. We will always email you to let you know when they are ready to pick up, or a shipping quote can be provided if needed.
Please note that we can only keep pieces for 2 months after you have been notified.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes are non-refundable but you can rebook to a future class, provided you give at least 2 days notice.
NOTE: If the class does not meet a minimum number of students, unfortunately, it will be cancelled.
